By engaging Seospidy for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Seospidy provides website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal or statement of work signed before work begins.
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% on project completion. For ongoing retainer services, payment is due monthly in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom design and development work becomes your property. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to treat the other's confidential information with reasonable care and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.
Seospidy's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.
