Our side of the city
Sohna Road runs south from Subhash Chowk past office towers, malls and some of Gurgaon's busiest residential sectors: 47, 48, 49 and 50, South City 2, Nirvana Country, Vatika City, Malibu Towne. It's where we work, from the second floor of UD Architects 429P, near DPS International School in Sector 50.
Who we build for here
- Coaching centres and tuition classes that serve the schools along the road and in the sectors behind it. They need batch timings, fees, faculty and results on the site, stated within the CCPA's 2024 rules on coaching ads.
- Clinics, physiotherapists and diagnostic centres in the commercial blocks, who need doctor profiles, timings and a booking or WhatsApp button.
- Home services for the gated societies: furnishing, interiors, pest control, laundry, AC repair. Their customers search on a phone from home and want to see the price and the work.
- Property dealers working the resale and rental market in Nirvana Country, South City 2 and Vatika City.
What a Sohna Road site needs
Addresses here are towers and blocks, not shop numbers, so the site should say which tower, which floor and which landmark, and link to Google Maps. Most enquiries come from people in nearby societies, so a "we serve" list of the actual sectors you cover helps both customers and Google.
